1. Who can use the service

Parent and guardian accounts must be 18+. Child profiles must be set up by a parent or guardian who has read our Privacy Policy and confirms parental consent.

2. Free and paid plans

The free plan includes 5 questions per child per day. Boost (£4.99/mo) unlocks 10/day; Power (£8.99/mo) unlocks 20/day. Plans renew monthly until cancelled.

3. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

Don't share your account, scrape questions, or attempt to harm the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

5. Content

All questions and explanations are original content created by SiL Learning Hub or generated by our AI and reviewed by us. We do not reproduce real past papers.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to align content to the SATs and 11+ specifications but cannot guarantee any specific outcome.
